What comes after your career — when you get to shape the answer yourself?
Three years ago, we began consciously scaling back our professional routine and making more room for travel, new experiences, and personal encounters.
In a few weeks, our next longer expedition begins: our overland expedition vehicle is already on the ship to Walvis Bay. In mid-June we'll fly out to follow it, for several weeks through Namibia, Botswana, and other regions of southern Africa.

Interestingly, a journey like this doesn't actually begin on the road. It begins much earlier! With the decision to use time differently and to shape your own everyday life more consciously.
After many years as an entrepreneur, university professor, and business coach, one question occupies us most today:
How do you make the transition from an intense career into a new chapter of life that brings together freedom, curiosity, and personal quality of life?
Many people plan their careers very carefully. For the time afterward, they often leave themselves far less room.
For us, trips like this create above all distance from everyday life, new perspectives, and intense conversations along the way. It's often in that vastness and quiet that thoughts arise for which everyday life leaves little room.
We're looking forward to the time ahead in southern Africa, to special encounters along the way, and to everything that only reveals itself once you consciously open yourself to new paths.
Maybe what changes over the years isn't just the way we work, but also our idea of what comes after.
