Many entrepreneurs and executives eventually face a question that's talked about surprisingly rarely:
What should the next chapter of my life look like?
Not the question of financial success. But the question of how to consciously shape the years after decades full of responsibility.
In 2022, we — Matthias and Caroline — reshaped our professional lives ourselves. Not because we had to, but because we knew how we wanted to live the years ahead.
Along the way, we found that many entrepreneurs and executives face exactly these questions — and hardly anyone talks about them openly.
MARO NEXT CHAPTER grew out of these experiences and many conversations.
We accompany entrepreneurs and executives who want to consciously engage with their next chapter — before a handover, after stepping back from an operational role, or at a point where new perspectives are called for.
Some conversations happen more easily on the road than in a meeting room. That's why, on request, we also accompany people during trips they organize themselves — away from appointments and familiar routines. This particular form of guidance happens only occasionally and requires a solid personal foundation.
Not as a coaching program. Not as an organized trip. But as personal guidance, on equal footing.
Because the next chapter often begins long before the current one ends.
